The terms that govern bookings and use of GM Travel’s services.
These terms and conditions govern your booking and use of GM Travel’s Umrah and Hajj travel services. By making a booking with us you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received and we issue written confirmation. Prices are quoted per person and may vary with travel dates, airline fares, hotel availability and currency fluctuations until confirmed. Flexible payment plans, where offered, are subject to agreed terms.
You are responsible for ensuring your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel date and that the name on your passport exactly matches your booking. You must provide accurate documents for visa processing. We are not liable for refused entry resulting from invalid or inaccurate documentation.
GM Travel is an ATOL holder (licence 10322). When you buy an ATOL-protected flight-inclusive package from us, you will receive an ATOL Certificate listing what is financially protected.
If you need to change or cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Charges may apply depending on airline, hotel and visa rules — see our Cancellation Policy for details.
We act as an agent in arranging flights, hotels, visas and transport. We take great care selecting partners but are not liable for delays, schedule changes or service failures outside our reasonable control, including airline disruption, weather and decisions by Saudi authorities. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
Pilgrims are expected to comply with the laws of Saudi Arabia and the guidance of our representatives. We reserve the right to decline service where conduct endangers others or breaches local regulations.
